How does it work, and why is it right for you

SAUNA (50°c-73°c)

Start off with a 20-minute sauna session (or time suited to your individual session). Our sauna is a fully integrated long wave INFARED sauna. Infared light directly heats the body and tissues rather than heating the air. This means a deeper muscle heat penetration and a less sweat session than traditional saunas. This helps detoxification at a cellular level and improves overall health and wellness within the body.

ICE BATH (3°c - 15°c)

Next slowly submerge yourself up to your neck and shoulders (if you can get that far) into the ice bath for 1-8 minutes depending on your experience, needs and tolerance. Ice baths are renowned for reducing inflammation and pain within the body and tissues. But did you know it is one of the best ways to reduce stress and anxiety? It also increases energy levels, boosts mood, and helps with recovery and resilience.
